Whether or not you plan your function around a polo game, we supply great facilities and superb hospitality whether it’s a wedding reception, family party or informal barbecue. On match days there’s nothing to beat watching a game and enjoying our tempting hampers, delivered to the ground.

The Royal Pavilion – overlooking Ground One, home to some of the best polo played in the world – makes a superb, traditional venue. We can also offer beautiful marquees to accommodate any size of group, for any occasion.

CORPORATE

The Berkshire’s unique atmosphere and surroundings make it a popular venue for many types of corporate events.

We can help you tailor a company meeting, product launch, motivational day or training course here in Winkfield… including the excitement of watching a fixture first hand if required. It is also possible to take over the entire, or part of the venue.

Our extensive facilities, superb catering and handy location have proved popular with both local companies and those from further afield, and offer excellent value for money.

We also offer extensive opportunities for companies to partner with us to support and enhance their brand and increase visibility with their identified target audiences.

MARKETING & SPONSORSHIP

Many companies are realising the importance of an association with polo in gaining increased brand exposure. The sport is the fastest growing in the world, and one which is played and followed largely by an ABC1 demographic with high disposable income.

We have a number of fantastic opportunities from exclusive five-year packages to sponsorship of a tournament, match or ground, goodie bags or spectator blankets. Fashion shows, demonstrations, tastings and similar events also prove highly popular and represent a wonderful opportunity for companies to associate with the Club and its membership.
